Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – GarageWale Vehicle Tag
Effective Date: July 4, 2026
At GarageWale, every Vehicle Tag is individually inspected, tested, and verified before dispatch to ensure proper functionality and quality.
1. No Return Policy
All purchases of GarageWale Vehicle Tags are final.
Vehicle Tags are non-returnable and cannot be returned after delivery, regardless of whether the product has been opened, activated, installed, partially used, or unused.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase decision
- No longer required
- Customer misunderstanding of features
- Incompatibility with customer expectations
- Vehicle sale or ownership transfer
- Failure to read product description, terms, or instructions before purchase
2. No Refund Policy
GarageWale follows a strict No Refund Policy.
No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or cash reimbursements shall be provided after an order has been placed and processed.
Shipping charges, handling charges, convenience fees, taxes, and other applicable charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Product Testing Before Dispatch
Every Vehicle Tag undergoes functional testing and quality inspection before shipment.
By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges that the product was delivered in working condition unless a manufacturing defect is reported in accordance with this policy.
4. Damaged or Non-Functional Product
If a customer receives a Vehicle Tag that is physically damaged during transit or is not functioning as intended upon first use, the customer must:
- Contact GarageWale using the contact details available on the official website within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide:
- Order details
- Photographs or videos showing the issue
- Any additional information requested for verification
GarageWale reserves the right to inspect, troubleshoot, test, and verify the reported issue before determining eligibility for replacement.
5. Replacement Eligibility
GarageWale may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement only if:
- The defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect; and
- The product has not been intentionally damaged, altered, modified, misused, tampered with, or improperly installed.
Replacement, if approved, shall be the sole remedy available to the customer.
No monetary refund will be provided in place of a replacement.
6. Exclusions from Replacement
Replacement requests will be rejected in cases including, but not limited to:
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Improper installation or handling
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
- Wear and tear resulting from normal use
- Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, cleaners, adhesives, heat, water, weather conditions, or external factors
- Removal, alteration, or destruction of product identification markings
- Failure to follow installation or usage instructions
- Requests made after the specified reporting period
7. Account, Connectivity & Third-Party Limitations
GarageWale shall not be responsible for any issues arising from:
- Mobile network failures
- Internet connectivity issues
- Device compatibility issues
- Browser restrictions
- GPS or location permission settings
- Third-party service interruptions
- Customer account misconfiguration
Such issues do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement.
8. Limitation of Liability
The GarageWale Vehicle Tag is intended as a convenience tool to facilitate communication regarding vehicle-related situations.
GarageWale does not guarantee:
- Successful contact with the vehicle owner
- Continuous service availability
- Prevention of theft, damage, accidents, towing, or other losses
- Availability of network, internet, GPS, or third-party services
Under no circumstances shall GarageWale be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Vehicle Tag.
9. Policy Updates
GarageWale reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the GarageWale website shall prevail.
