Welcome to GarageWale ("we", "our" or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the GarageWale mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

1. Nature of Service

GarageWale acts solely as an aggregator and technology platform that connects users with nearby garages and service providers. GarageWale does not directly provide any automobile repair, maintenance, or roadside assistance services.

2. Service Quality & Warranty

1. GarageWale does not guarantee service quality offered by any garage or mechanic listed on the Platform.
2. GarageWale does not provide any parts warranty. For any such claims, you must contact the respective garage directly.

3. Safety Disclaimer

1. For female users, GarageWale is not responsible for personal safety during visits to or interactions with garages, mechanics, or service personnel.
2. GarageWale will not be responsible if any mechanic or garage owner behaves inappropriately or unethically. Such incidents should be reported to local authorities and the concerned garage directly.
3. Before booking roadside assistance (RSA) during late nights or in remote/silent areas, you are responsible for ensuring your own safety and surroundings.

4. Pricing & Payments

1. GarageWale is not responsible for pricing decisions made by garages. Prices displayed on the Platform are configured solely by the respective garages.
2. GarageWale does not handle payments. Payments must be made directly between you and the garage (either by cash or online transfer) at your own convenience.

5. Ratings & Trust Badge

1. Garage ratings displayed on the Platform are based solely on feedback provided by users. GarageWale does not generate or alter ratings from its end.
2. The GarageWale Trust Badge is provided only after we verify a garage’s business proof and identification documents. This badge does not represent safety assurance, service quality, or warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

GarageWale shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, any service failure, pricing issue, safety incident, or misconduct by garages or their employees.

7. Account Suspension

GarageWale reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account involved in fraudulent activity, misuse of the Platform, or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, India.
