This Refund Policy governs payments made towards GarageWale Vehicle Tag subscriptions and related services.

Subscription Fees

GarageWale Vehicle Tag services are currently offered on an annual subscription basis at a fee of ₹51 per year.

Customers may subscribe through:

  • Online payment methods available on the GarageWale platform, including payment gateway services.
  • Offline payment methods such as UPI QR code payments during promotional campaigns or physical events.

For subscriptions purchased through the online payment gateway, the subscription may be renewed automatically on a recurring annual basis, subject to the customer's authorization and payment provider policies.

Refund Eligibility

As a general policy, subscription fees paid to GarageWale are non-refundable and non-transferable once the subscription has been activated.

However, GarageWale may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

1. Duplicate or Excess Payment

If a customer is charged more than once for the same subscription or an incorrect amount is debited due to a technical or payment processing error, GarageWale will review the transaction and refund the excess amount after verification.

2. Unauthorized or Incorrect Transactions

If a customer believes that a payment was processed incorrectly or without authorization, they must notify GarageWale within 7 days of the transaction. Upon verification, GarageWale may process an appropriate refund where applicable.

3. Technical Errors

In the event of a verified technical issue attributable to GarageWale that prevents activation of the subscribed service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, GarageWale may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after successful subscription.
  • Failure to use the service after purchase.
  • Partial usage of the subscription period.
  • Failure to cancel an auto-renewal before the renewal date.
  • Payments made after the subscription has been successfully activated and delivered.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution and may take 5–10 business days after approval.
